If you'd like to merge webhook orders with the same email, we have a setting for that called "Record Unique Conversion Only".
This option can be turned on or off in your webhook settings.
Go to Settings > Payments processing & carts > Then click on your cart or payment processor.
A pop-up window will appear with all the webhooks saved for the selected cart or the processor.
Click on the edit icon:
The webhook fields will autofill for the webhook you want to edit.
Find the "Record Unique Conversion Only" option, and switch it on. Then click on Save & Generate Webhook URL":
The webhook URL will remain the same; only switching on the "Record Unique Conversion Only" option will be saved.
Important Note: This change will not apply to past data. It will only take effect for new conversions that occur after turning on the switch.
