Connect Taboola Conversion API to Visiopt – Visiopt

To use Taboola Conversion API you'll need to add a Conversion Rule first in your Taboola Account.

To do so, log in to your Taboola Account, Click on the “TRACKING” menu:

Then Click on “+ New Conversion”:

The Conversion Rule will show up below:

Conversion Rule will also show up in Visiopt. Select any of the Conversion Rules and the conversion will be pushed on the selected Conversion Rule (to see this, please refer to Step 6 below).

STEP 1: Create or edit a campaign.

STEP 2: On, Step 4 of the campaign set up select your goal, then below check the “Conversion API” option and Click on the “Save & Continue To API Set Up” button:

STEP 3: Select the “Taboola Ads” tab:

STEP 4: Log in with your Taboola account (if you're already logged in proceed to the next step):

STEP 5: Select "Ad Account ID" and click on the "+ Add Goal" button:

STEP 6: Select Conversion Action and Conversion Page and click on "Save Campaign":

The Taboola Conversion API is now connected, you need to add parameters to your AdURL:

STEP 7: 7 Ad URL parameters:

visi_source=taboola
campaign_id=YOUR-ID-NUMBER
country=Us
platform=Desk

Example of an Ad URL: www.mysite.com/lander.php

Example of the Ad URL with parameters: https://ztrackingsystem.com/taboola_new/landing.php?visi_source=taboola&campaign_id=your-id-number&country=US&platform=DES

Taboola conversions will show up in the Taboola account as shown below:
