This SOP provides detailed instructions on managing your notification settings within the Visiopt system. This includes setting the frequency of email notifications and enabling the multiple-user login feature to prevent simultaneous edits on the same test or campaign.
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
 

1. Navigate to the Notification Settings Section

·   Go to the "Notification Settings" section within your account.

·   Here, you can configure your email notification preferences and manage user login settings.
 

2. Decide Email Notification Frequency

·   Choose how often you want the system to send you email notifications. The options include:

·   Daily

·   Three times a week

·   One time only

·   Select your preferred frequency from the available options.
 

3. Activate Multiple User Login Feature

·   To prevent two team members from editing the same test or campaign simultaneously, enable the multiple-user login feature.

·   Switch this feature on to ensure that if one team member is working on a test or campaign, others are restricted from making edits to the same item.
 

4. Understanding the Impact

·   When the multiple-user login feature is enabled:

·   If one of your team members is working on a test, nobody else can work on the same test.

·   Similarly, if one team member is working on a campaign, others are restricted from editing the same campaign.

·   This prevents any potential issues with test or campaign setup due to simultaneous edits.
