Connect Subdomain to Main Domain

There are cases when the conversion page is on a different domain than the rest of the pages in the funnel. In this case, you have to connect the domain/subdomain of the conversion page to the main domain first. After that, you will be able to add the conversion page to the funnel, and Visiopt will track conversions cross-domain.

You can follow these steps to successfully connect a subdomain before using it in a funnel:

1. Access the Settings section.
2. Navigate to "MANAGE YOUR DOMAINS."
3. Choose "Add Domain/Subdomain" from the main domain we are trying to use.
4. Place the subdomain URL (e.g., https://subdomain.maindomain.com/).

Once the subdomain is properly connected to the main domain, you should be able to add it to funnels without any issues.
